At the helm, the chef Jean-Michel Salcedo signs a cuisine that is both creative and rooted in the Corrèze terroir. It combines tradition and modernity through refined dishes made from fresh and seasonal products.
We had the pleasure of discovering part of the summer menu: as a starter, a tasty red squid salad, followed on the sea side by a grilled lean steak, and land side of a lamb cooked in two ways a real treat. For dessert, Pavlova revisited with Timut pepper, yuzu cream and strawberry tartare brought a final touch that was both original and ultra refreshing.

Completely renovated in 2014, this listed character house 4-star furnished tourist accommodation nestles in a picturesque village in the Dordogne Gorges.
