We had the pleasure of discovering part of the summer menu: as a starter, a tasty red squid salad, followed on the sea side by a grilled lean steak, and land side of a lamb cooked in two ways a real treat. For dessert, Pavlova revisited with Timut pepper, yuzu cream and strawberry tartare brought a final touch that was both original and ultra refreshing.
