Make it modern! 1925 Limoges Art Deco – from October 17 to March 9, 2026

In 2025, Limoges celebrates the 100th anniversary of the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Paris marking the birth and global influence of the style Art Deco. The exhibition Make Modern presents more than 400 works in enamel, porcelain, stained glass, tapestry and music from major public collections and private loans. They illustrate the collective momentum that made 1925 a key date in the decorative and industrial arts and which continues to inspire artists in Limoges and Limousin.

Bernardaud Foundation

Odysseys – Omar Victor Diop – from June 20, 2025 to March 28, 2026

Born in 1980 in Dakar, Omar Victor Diop develops a unique work combining visual arts, photography and fashion, nourished by historical and contemporary references. With Odyssey, the new exhibition of the Bernardaud Foundation, the artist signs his first three-dimensional creation: a porcelain self-portrait, opening a new stage in his career. This unprecedented collaboration gives rise to a monographic retrospective where Diop's emblematic photographs interact with the delicacy of porcelain

  • Laureline Galliot – Shrouded Scenery | From January 22 to May 23, 2026
    As part of the Frac-Artothèque Artist and Know-How program with the CCI Limoges Haute-Vienne, Laureline Galliot designed a hybrid installation intended for the Frac's "balcony," the work deploys the metaphor of a skeleton under the skin through textiles, prints, 3D shapes and mapping.

Resistance Museum

Foreigners and colonial soldiers in the French army – from October 20 to March 16, 2026

In 2024, France celebrated key dates in military history: the 110th anniversary of the start of the Great War (1914) and the 80th anniversary of the Liberation (1944). In this context, this exhibition retraces the history of foreigners and colonial soldiers having served in the French army, since early 19th century and throughout the 20th century, whose flows have influenced migration history, and as memory issues today.

Danièle Kahn's notebook, the hidden war from a child's perspective – from November 14, 2025 to May 18, 2026

Le Resistance Museum presents the Danièle Kahn's notebook, which tells The daily life of a Jewish child hidden during World War II. At 12, she escaped the roundups after her family was arrested and was protected by the inhabitants of a village in Burgundy. Her diary blends drawings and stories to bear witness to the war as seen through the eyes of a child: fear, resilience, and the discoveries of a new rural world. The exhibition also addresses theHidden children, roundups, Drancy, Auschwitz, the resistance and the role of the Righteous Among the Nations.
