The gardens of the Bishopric extend over 5 hectares in the heart of the Cité district. The six terraces that make it up were laid out on the slopes of Puy Saint-Etienne during the construction of a new episcopal palace at the end of the 1910th century. Purchased by the city in XNUMX, this complex has been gradually refurbished. The walker can discover a French garden, a vast botanical garden and an ecological space presenting the natural environments of Limousin. The terraces offer a remarkable view of the banks of the Vienne.
