Appearing in 2022 in the Limougeaud gourmet landscape, halfway between a bistro experience and a gourmet restaurant, Ginette offers delicate cuisine, full of flavors, with a touch of originality while based on authenticity.
A place in tune with the times

Go to rue d'Aguesseau, a few steps from the central halls. The storefront sets the tone and presents Ginette as a " neo-bistro ". We walk through the door and find a to both marked by conventional – like its exposed stone walls, its bistro furniture, a beautiful counter – and which fits in the air of time. We will quickly understand that the atmosphere is consistent with what is happening on the plate.

The Market Menu
That day, we test as a duo and opt for a Market menu, formula offered for lunch on weekdays: €20 starter-main course or main course-dessert / €23 for three courses.
As input, the Chiffonade Limousin veal, vitello tonnato sauce, fried capers for him, Parsnip and hazelnut praline cappucino, mussel salad for her. For the dish, we are fittings, with a Poultry cordon bleu ballotine, spicy carrot mousseline, full-bodied jus, the meat is so tender and well wrapped in its crispness, completely regressive and tasty experience…
We will be sure to return to try the desserts. Also note, the on-site team will be able to guide you in the choice of wine with a finely selected drinks menu.

A story & a concept
Fabian the chef is inventive and passionate, without forgetting the fundamentals, he revisits French cuisine with relish. Moreover, the name "Ginette" is a tribute to her grandmother who cooked delicious dishes and thus gave her a taste for her profession. All is home made, From raw and fresh products quality, the menu changes regularly through the seasons and the team also regularly offers concept meetings : an all-you-can-eat weekend brunch, an evening around mixology with a cocktail and tapas pairing, a take-out menu especially for the end-of-year celebrations...
