The beach not far from Limoges

The Palais sur Vienne takes its name from the Jocondiac Palace built on the remains of a Gallo-Roman villa at the beginning of the Christian era. In the heart of the city you will find an art deco style town hall and not far from it, the Church of the Decollation-of-Saint-Jean-Baptiste dating from the thirteenth^e century.

The Nautical Base du Palais-sur-Vienne offers a multitude of activities to do with family or friends: canoeing, kayaking, rowing, mountain biking, archery, climbing… etc, what fun! In a green surroundings you can discover the fauna and flora or look for some gold nuggets...

For those who prefer to relax, enjoy the Sabliere beach, closest to Limoges! The perfect place to refresh and this loosen summer at the water's edge in complete tranquility (please note: swimming not permitted).
