Homemade almond syrup preparation
- MPlace everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Allow to cool, refrigerate overnight, then filter before use.

Preparing homemade vanilla apple juice
- Blend the apples in a blender, add the water and vanilla sugar, then bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves.
- Allow to cool, refrigerate overnight and filter before use.

Cocktail assembly
- Put the rum, lemon, almond syrup and a few ice cubes in a shaker.
- Shake well, pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, then top with homemade vanilla apple juice.

- Add crushed ice to the top (optional), sprinkle with cinnamon which you can also smoke with a kitchen torch.
