Financial aid for tourism stakeholders

Limoges Metropolis offers you several economic aids, for digital transformation, cybersecurity, water transition and tourist real estate. There are also other schemes such as the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Croissance Tourisme investment fund.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CYBERSECURITY

Help with digital transformation

Target : SMEs established in the Limoges Métropole area and with at least 1 employee
Eligible expenses : material investments, intellectual services and software
Terms : assistance of 50% of eligible expenses excluding tax up to €5

Cybersecurity Help

Target : SMEs established in the Limoges Métropole area and with at least 1 employee
Support : Free completion of a cyber maturity diagnosis by Limoges Métropole and assistance with investment in hardware, software, audit and risk analysis services
Terms : assistance of 50% of eligible expenses excluding tax up to €5

WATER TRANSITION

Help with the water transition – OPTIM’EAU

Objectives : optimize processes and practices, reduce water and energy consumption, save money and engage in the water transition
Target : SMEs established in the Limoges Métropole area and with at least 1 employee
Accompaniment: Carrying out a free pre-diagnosis and financial assistance for carrying out external services: study, training, technical assistance, etc.
Terms : assistance of 50% of eligible expenses excluding tax up to €15

TOURIST REAL ESTATE

Assistance for tourist real estate

Objectives : Promote the upscaling of the region's tourism offering and support environmental and societal transitions in the tourism sector
Target : SMEs established in the Limoges Métropole area, owners of their land and buildings
Business Sectors : commercial accommodation, sightseeing, leisure and outdoor sites with a tourist dimension
Eligible expenses : construction/extension, development and energy and water efficiency works
Terms : aid of 20% of eligible expenses excluding tax up to €50 in aid
Examples of projects supported since the aid was put in place (2023): Development of 3 Reynou Zoo Park lodges, creation of the *** Kyriad Ester hotel

NEW AQUITAINE TOURISM GROWTH

Investment Funds funded by: Nouvelle Aquitaine Region > Banque des Territoires > Crédit Agricole Aquitaine Expansion > Crédit Mutuel ARKEA > Caisse d'Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes

The goal : trigger and leverage effect on investments in the tourism sector
Targets : accommodation (hotel, hotel-restaurant, outdoor accommodation, tourist residence, residential leisure park, holiday center, holiday village, youth hostel), cultural and leisure facilities, innovative tourism investments (multi-activities, hybrids…)
Main conditions : supported by a VSE or SME / includes a real estate investment greater than €500K / sustainable economic model / structuring for the territory
Support : Acquisition of a minority stake (45% maximum) in SCIs and temporary acquisition and portability of tourist assets and commercial lease with the operating company
