The City of Limoges and the Tourist Office have gathered all the essential information for to park easily in town and enjoy your visit peacefully.
Where to park in the city center?
In Limoges, there are two on-street parking zones:
- The Rapido zone: parking limited to 2h15
- The Tempo Zone : parking limited to 8:45 a.m. per 24-hour period
There are also several underground car parks:
- Jourdan car park (550 spaces)
- City Hall parking lot (350 spaces)
- Library parking lot (500 spaces)
- Esplanade of the Champ de Juillet
- Churchill car park (330 spaces)
- Court parking (300 spaces)
- Parking République (360 spaces)

Good to know: an evening package for €1 in underground car parks (from 20 p.m. to 1 a.m.)
What are the parking rates?
Parking rates vary between Tempo and Rapido zones:
- Rapido Zone: from €1,80 on the street and €1,40 in underground parking.
- Tempo Zone : from €1,30 on the street and €1,20 in underground parking (except in exceptional circumstances).
- Churchill Parking: from 1 €.
- Esplanade of the Champ de Juillet: 2 € for half a day.
Good to know: the first 30 minutes of parking are free in all areas, both on the street and in underground car parks.

Good to know:
- On Saturdays, the 30 minutes of free on-street parking is reduced to 1 hour throughout the Tempo zone.
- In the Jourdan, Hôtel de Ville and Churchill underground car parks, the first two hours are free on Saturdays.
Where to park in Limoges as a person with reduced mobility?
Holders of the European Parking Card benefit from free parking in all on-street spaces, in the limit of 24 consecutive hours.
Where to park a coach in Limoges?
Several locations free reserved for tourist coaches are accessible 24 hours a day in the hyper city center of Limoges. Parking in these spaces does not require any specific administrative procedures:
- 13 Bd de Fleurus, opposite the Tourist Office
- 5 Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, street located along the Hôtel de Ville (on the left)
- Cours Bugeaud, along the Champ de Juillet, opposite the Limoges-Bénédictins SNCF train station
- 8-10 Place Winston-Churchill, in front of the Adrien-Dubouché National Museum of Porcelain and Ceramics
- Drop-off point, 1 boulevard de la cité, 200 m walk from the Resistance Museum
