And woe to him who calls by this name the one made with other fruits because with us it is then called a flognard! We don't overuse a clafouti that can only be with cherries and not pitted please!
Our limo, this deliciously marbled meat, is another success story found in the most prestigious tables. But let's not forget Limousin apples, the worked chestnut in all its forms, the duck foie gras, baronet lamb and even offal which are in the spotlight with us!
