What guided tours does the Tourist Office offer?

We offer a rich selection of thematic guided tours that will allow you to discover the city and its treasures. Explore its main monuments, its architectural, religious and Gallo-Roman heritage, immerse yourself in the world of porcelain, underground passages, and much more! How to book a guided tour?

Nothing could be simpler! You can book and pay for your visit (at least one hour before the start) via several convenient options:

  • Online : Select the visit that interests you directly on this page.
  • By phone : Call us at 05 55 34 46 87, with the possibility of paying remotely.
  • On site : Go to the Tourist Office reception, located at 12 boulevard de Fleurus in Limoges.

Can I pay for my visit directly to the guide?

In order to ensure smooth organization, payment is made before the visit:

  • Either online
  • Either directly at the Tourist Office with our advisors

How long does a guided tour in Limoges last?

Our tours usually last between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the chosen itinerary. Some more specific visits can be extended for an even more complete immersion!

Where can I find the meeting point for the visit?

The meeting place will be specified in the confirmation email that you will receive once your reservation is made.

I have an unforeseen event, can I reschedule my reservation?

Of course! You can reschedule your visit once by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to offer you an alternative slot depending on availability. Do not hesitate to consult our guided tour program.

What happens in bad weather?

Our tours operate regardless of the weather! We recommend that you dress appropriately for the conditions. In the event of exceptional weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the tour if necessary.

What should I wear for a guided tour?

To fully enjoy your visit, we advise you to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. Also remember to bring a bottle of water, especially on hot days.

Are the tours accessible to people with reduced mobility?

We do everything we can to make our tours accessible to everyone. However, some tours may present constraints for people with reduced mobility. Please remember to contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs. We will do everything to adapt the visit to your expectations.

Are there any tours suitable for children?

Absolutely! We offer fun and interactive workshops, specially designed for children from 4 to 14 years old, in order to make their experience both educational and fun.

Can I accompany my child to their workshop?

  • For workshops intended for children from 4 to 6 years old, an accompanying person is required.
  • For the children of over 6 years, the workshops take place without the presence of adults.

Are the tours available in multiple languages?
