Bernardaud Manufacture
Founded in 1863 in Limoges, the Bernardaud factory is the symbol of the excellence of French porcelain. Labeled “Living Heritage Company”, it combines tradition and innovation to create exceptional pieces.
Come with your family to discover the secrets of manufacturing this noble material and understand why Limoges is renowned throughout the world for its know-how. At the end of your visit, explore the permanent and temporary exhibitions, then take a trip to the factory store to find a refined gift.
Porcelain makers in action
Arquié Factory
Take part in a 30 minute guided tour to discover the workshops and meet the porcelain artisans at work in the different stages: designing the molds, pouring the slip, high-fire cooking and hand decoration.
The visits take place Mondays and Fridays at 11am and Wednesdays at 14 p.m. A perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in exceptional know-how and share an enriching moment with your family!

Porcelain Carpet
Situated at Saint-leonard-de-noblat, the Carpenet artisanal factory, also labeled “Living Heritage Company and IGP” and invites you to its guided tours all year round to discover the process of manufacturing and decorating porcelain. The staff, who also participate in certain stages of production, will be happy to explain and demonstrate their meticulous French know-how. Don't forget to stop by the factory outlet on site or at the shop in Limoges!
The art of paper and printing
The Got mill
Explore the Moulin du Got in Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, the last witness to the former paper industry of Limousin, where history and innovation meet. During your visit, discover the paper making by hand and on 19th century machines, as well as printing techniques from the 15th to the 20th century. You will have the opportunity to leave with a small paper souvenir (notebook, sheet, lamp, etc.) designed on site. You can also find them at the shop ofand the tourist office!

Immerse yourself in the heart of Limoges' craftsmanship with a guided tour of the Distillerie du Centre. Discover the history and manufacturing secrets, and taste the iconic liqueurs that have made this essential artisanal brewery in Limoges so famous.

Come and discover the production workshops of Uniqua, a local and eco-responsible brand offering 100% customizable leather sneakers. Enjoy a moment of discovery and learning to discover the world of shoe repair and the manufacturing process of these sneakers (cutting of parts, assembly, mounting, etc.). Visits are by reservation at the rate of €5 per person (free for children). If you are interested, you can even participate in a course to make your own pair of sneakers !
