The Good Life France

As part of a press reception initiated by the Destination Contract Limoges, For Dreamers Only in partnership with the CRT Nouvelle-Aquitaine, we had the pleasure of welcoming the English journalist Gillian Thornton du 10 in April 13 2025Its mission and objectives: to discover and highlight our region, to offer an authentic glimpse of Limoges through its expertise (porcelain, museums), its heritage, its gastronomy and its hospitality, with an approach promoting the city and its surroundings in spring.

A rich and diverse program : welcome at the station, historic districts, discovery of the FRAC, Museum of Fine Arts, the Bernardaud Foundation, the Adrien Dubouché National Museum, the Central Market Halls, suggestions from local creators, but also the territories of Haute-Vienne and Creuse.

Version Femina

We had the pleasure of welcoming in June 2025 the journalist Pascale Desclos and photographer Ludovic Maisant for a discovery stay in Limoges.

This visit is part of the series of reports launched two years ago by Version Femina on “little-known” cities, but rich in surprises and experiences to be had, such as Toulon, Caen, Amiens, Roubaix or Clermont-Ferrand.

For several days, Pascale and Ludovic explored the rich heritage, culture and gastronomy of Limoges: visiting the museums (Adrien Dubouché National Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Bernardaud Foundation), immersion in the excellent know-how (porcelain at the Arquié Workshops, European Ceramics Center), walks in the city and its historic districts, culinary discoveries at Central halls and in many restaurants partners (L'Eminceur, Chez Alphonse, La Table du Couvent, Le Comptoir Saint-Jean, etc.), without forgetting the atmospheres friendly terraces and the nature lovers on the banks of the Vienna.

This 4-page report will highlight the diversity of an authentic destination, between heritage, creativity, art of living and nature, all with a feminine, sensitive and elegant perspective.

Following our participation in the IMM press workshop early 2024, a collaboration Destination Limoges X Visit Limousin, we organized the journalist's press trip Aurelie Michel du Routard.com for a report on our territory.

In June 2024, Aurélie Michel came to explore Limoges to write a “City Break” article which highlights the many tourist facets of the city.

August 2024 | A report on the porcelain workshops of Limoges

We had the pleasure of welcoming in April 2024, a team from the Japanese magazine TRANSIT, specializing in travel culture. A journalist and a photographer came to Limoges for a report dedicated to porcelain workshops and factories, an emblematic heritage of the region. During their visit, they explored the manufacturing secrets and met passionate artisans.

The magazine article focuses on the traditional and innovative local know-how, TRANSIT has also expanded the content to the best places to sleep and eat. A great opportunity to promote other local nuggets.

At the beginning of June 2024, we welcomed the German journalist Stefan Schlett, who wanted to produce an article focusing on Limoges for the SPIRIDON sports magazine.
