The Tourist Office organizes from June 26, 12 p.m. to July 5, 12 p.m. - a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: Festival 1001 Notes X Destination Limoges competition, on the Facebook account of the Limoges Métropole Tourist Office @LimogesTourisme according to the procedures described in these rules.
This competition is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions. It is organized in the form of a digital contest by drawing lots.
As the contest is accessible on the Facebook platform, in no event will Facebook be held liable in the event of a dispute related to the contest. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING
This free contest is open to any natural person over the age of 13, with internet access and a valid e-mail address and residing in one of the countries of the European Union, with the exception of personnel of the Organizer and their families as well as any person having participated in the development, promotion and management of the competition.
Any minor participant must nevertheless obtain the prior authorization of one of his parents or his legal guardian to participate in the competition.
The organizer may ask any minor participant to provide proof of this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorization.
The Organizer reserves the right to designate another winner if an initial winner, if a minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.
The mere fact of participating in this competition implies the pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This competition takes place exclusively on the Facebook account of the Limoges Métropole Tourist Office @LimogesTourisme on the dates indicated in article 1.
Participation in the competition is as follows:
- Subscribe to the Tourist Office account and that of the 1001 Notes Festival
- Like and share the post publicly
- Tag 2 friends in comments
Only one entry per person -same first name, same surname, same e-mail address- is permitted throughout the competition period.
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be drawn after the end date of the competition mentioned in article 1.
Le draw made will determine the winner. among the participants who have completed the participation process indicated in article 3 and via the following tool: Lukky.
The winner will be contacted directly by private message on the Instagram platform, by the Tourist Office in a 48 hour delay after the draw in order to obtain their personal information to communicate their winnings by digital delivery or collect it from the Tourist Office or directly from the partner issuing the prize.
Any winner not giving an answer within a 48 hour delay as of the sending of notice of his winning will be deemed to have been waived.
In the case of digital delivery, the prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner of the competition within a few days of the winner's announcement. In the event of problems beyond the organizer's control during the delivery of the prize, the competition organizer cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 5 – AWARDS
The competition has the following prize, awarded to the validated participant(s) drawn at random and declared the winner(s):

The organizer reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over their prize. The organizer cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize won without compensation.
The selected participants will not receive any remuneration for their participation in this competition.
The prize may not give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to the delivery of its counter-value in money or in any form whatsoever, nor to its replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.
ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF THE ENTRY
Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these rules as well as any fraud or attempt at cheating, whatever its terms, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.
ARTICLE 7 - REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES
Participation in the contest being free and without obligation to purchase goods or services, the reimbursement of costs incurred for requests for transmission of the rules cannot be obtained.
The competition rules will be hosted on the website and can be consulted throughout the duration of the competition.
Participation in the game by means of a fixed or mobile internet connection on a free or flat-rate basis (cable, ADSL, fiber optic, mobile internet package) will not give rise to any reimbursement insofar as the fact for the participant to connect to participate in the competition does not incur any additional costs.
ARTICLE 8 – RESPONSIBILITY
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics or limits of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. It is therefore up to each participant to take the necessary measures to protect their data.
The organizer is not responsible in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, computer virus, external attack, fraud, technical failure preventing access to the competition or its smooth running. It reserves the right, in this case, not to allocate the prizes and/or to prosecute before the competent courts the perpetrators and/or accomplices of these frauds.
The organizer cannot be held liable if the execution of these rules is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event.
In addition, the organizer cannot be held liable in the event of delivery problems, loss of postal or electronic mail or breakage of the prize during the delivery of the prize. Any prize sent by the organizer to the winner which would be unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services would be lost for the winner and would remain acquired by the organizer. The organizer cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the Internet network, nor for any delay, loss or damage resulting from the postal and management services.
ARTICLE 9 – IT AND FREEDOMS
The personal data collected within the framework of the participation in the contest are collected by the organizer and are the subject of a processing, under its responsibility, exclusively intended to manage the participations in the contest, to designate the winner, to give the prize . They will not be kept beyond the limits of execution of these three obligations.
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, any person has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning him, as well as a right to opposition, for legitimate reasons where applicable, to their being processed upon simple written request to the following address:

Consequently, participants are informed that their participation will not be validated if they object to the collection of this data. The data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of the organizer. In any case, they are not the subject of any communication or transfer to third parties.
ARTICLE 10 – SUBMISSION AND AMENDMENT OF THE RULES
The rules can be consulted free of charge online and throughout the duration of the competition. The rules will also be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them. The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules at any time in the form of an amendment, published by online announcement.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
The images used on the competition site, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the competition site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and cannot be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
ARTICLE 11 - ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS
Any possible dispute on the interpretation of the rules will be settled by the organizer. Participation in this competition implies the unreserved acceptance of these rules in all their stipulations, the ethical rules in force on the Internet (etiquette, charter of good conduct, etc.) as well as the laws and regulations in force on French territory and including provisions applicable to games and lotteries. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or the terms of the contest or the winner will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent within a maximum of 30 days after the end date of the competition will be admissible. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the organizer's competition systems has probative value in any dispute regarding the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the competition.
Prior to any legal action related to or in connection with these rules (in particular its application or interpretation), participants undertake to file an amicable and free appeal with the organizer.
Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to Games and contests. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts on which the organizer's head office depends, unless otherwise provided by public order.
