La cuisine au pluriel
La cuisine au plural is an association which has created a supporting economic activity: catering, in order to promote the professional integration of people far from employment with an employed chef and a team made up of employees, volunteers and interns.
The cuisine is homemade with local and organic products. A vegetarian menu is offered every week.
Customers can bring their own containers for take-out.
The restaurant recycles all its waste and reuses as much material as possible.
