Fabien is an inventive and passionate chef. After years of training in many gourmet restaurants, this chef decided to open his own restaurant. In homage to his grandmother who cooked him delicious meals, he decided to call his establishment Ginette.
The positioning is a clever mix between past and future, classic cuisine and avant-garde cuisine, the ambition to revisit the great classics of French cuisine.
