Fabien is an inventive and passionate chef. After years of service with the finest restaurants in Limoges and elsewhere, this chef decided to open his own restaurant. In homage to his grandmother who cooked good meals for him, he decided to call his establishment Ginette.
The positioning is a clever mix between past and future, classic cuisine and avant-garde cuisine, the ambition to revisit the great classics of French cuisine. Ginette comes together at all times to offer workshops and new formulas, such as “Ginette aux Halles” which offers customers the opportunity to go shopping with the Chef and then cook all together before tasting the fruit of the work done as a group.
