With nearly 60,000 visitors each year, the Fête des Ponts (Bridges Festival) is a must-see event for any self-respecting Limoges resident! For its 40th anniversary, the event is going all out! Water and land-based activities, a funfair, jousting demonstrations, concerts, delicious food, sports and family activities… three days of festivities await you on June 12, 13, and 14, 2026, culminating in the traditional fireworks display on Saturday evening. Discover the program and get ready to celebrate this colorful anniversary!

A free popular festival

Created 1906, The Ponts Festival is made possible every year thanks to around a hundred volunteers from Pont Saint Etienne Festival Committee who are committed to offering free activities accessible to all ages. Programme

For three days, come take a tour of the fun fair on the Louis-Goujaud quay, take advantage of the refreshment stand and food service and participate in the activities on the banks of the Vienne…and even on the water! Land-based activities (14 p.m. - midnight)

14 p.m. to 18 p.m .: Board Games with " The Saint-Junien Games caravan«
14 p.m. to 18 p.m .: Gymnastics demonstration with the club Elan Sportif et ElfLimoges basketball players
15 p.m. to 18 p.m .: Makeup for children with Babychou Services
Introduction to first aid With l'Departmental Union of First Aid'
At 15pm and 17pm: "Little Giants" Show the company Circadiem (a group of 12 children on stilts from Oradour-sur-Glane) on the banks of the Vienne
From 15h: 2 bands (one from Mèze and the musical union of Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat)

Water sports activities

From 14h:
- Jousting demonstrations by "Les Joutes de Mèze" (2-hour demonstration in the afternoon and evening)
- Boat parade and races by the Limoges Rowing Club (various performances in the afternoon)
- Bathtub races, different passages in the afternoon
- From 15h to 21h: Fishing contest, street fishing “Open Street of Limoges” with the AAPPMA les Ponticauds. Registration required, €60 per team (pairs only).'register for the fishing competition'

In the evening

22h30: St. John's bonfire
22h45: Torchlight descent with the rowing club and the JLSM jousts

From 7h: Garage sale organized by the Pont Saint-Etienne Festival Committee on the pétanque courts of the Naveix port community center (€3 per meter, information and registration at +06 37 02 85 66 ou +06 08 88 46 32)
From 9h: 2CV car exhibition on the Louis Goujaud quay
From 9h : Hiking pedestrian led by ALEFPA (Secular Association for Education, Training, Prevention and Autonomy)
From 11h: Folk group the traveling players of Limousin
From 12h: Meals on the banks of the Vienne (menu and prices available on site)
From 14h: Pop/rock group Gotham, podium port of Naveix
