From May 29 to September 21, 2024, come and discover the Friche des Ponts 2024, the summer event on the banks of Vienne in Limoges! Don't miss this village of food trucks where a varied cuisine is served in Limoges porcelain while enjoying a tavern atmosphere with DJs, concerts and entertainment. Open from Wednesday to Saturday, from 18 p.m. to midnight, this picturesque and friendly place promises you unforgettable moments with family or friends. Don't miss this unique experience just a stone's throw from the city center!
The summer event – The wasteland until September 21
From May 29, the wasteland of bridges welcomes you all summer, until September 21, 2024, Wednesday to Saturday from 18 p.m. to midnight. You will find: 13 food trucks, 2 refreshment bars, a producers' cabin and a children's area. And entry is obviously free, so you can make the most of the edges of Vienne Limogeauds, with a service on porcelain plates, so zero waste.

The Fête des Ponts and the Friche des Ponts separated by only a few meters,
invite the entire population to enjoy the numerous activities and festivities on
the banks of Vienna. So that all events can be coordinated in good harmony, La Friche is not offering any special activities this weekend. You can therefore walk from the Fête to the Friche to celebrate Vienne as always.

Flash FM scene / the famous Flash FM evening is back at La Friche. The most listened to radio station in Haute-Vienne offers you an aperitif concert with Mano, the talented young musician from Limoges followed by an 80s DJ evening and current music.

Innovative wasteland
Because the Wasteland of the Bridges is the trending event of recent years, here are the recent news for a 2024 edition that meets all our expectations.
A space for an aperitif “the Tapas Cabin”
This space will offer tapas and pintxos. A pintxo, kezako? It is a slice of bread on which a small portion of food is placed. Pintxos are a regional variety of tapas, understood as dishes to be eaten at the bar, to accompany a drink.
La Chaumière – Producers’ cabin
In 2024, the Chefs' Cabin becomes the Producers' Cabin. Ruralova and Friche des Ponts will introduce you to many local producers so you can always consume better!
A parenting space by Mhome la Couveuse
La Mhome incubator settles in the Friche des Ponts all summer for the happiness of the families of
Limoges and elsewhere. This summer, Charlotte and Laura are moving their Couveuse to Friche des Ponts.
In a pretty design caravan with Mhôme sauce, you can find all the necessary equipment for young parents. And we also don't forget space dedicated to children to enjoy the wasteland of the bridges with the family.
An ideal organization for local eco-tourism
At the wasteland we find a scenography more focused on nature with a revegetation of the place and plantations by the Chemin de Jacquaire construction sites.
As for the decoration of the place, it is carried out by local street artists and the recovery of furniture by the Ressourceries.
The wasteland is also equipped with a bicycle parking with pallets, which is part of a process of reusing materials, but also of a shade pergola against heat and weather.
La Friche des Ponts also means 30 jobs for operations and 60 jobs for food trucks, so to welcome tourists and locals in an ultra positive dynamic all summer long.

If there is no longer any parking at Friche des Ponts this year, several solutions are available to you to take advantage of the place:

- Come by bike, with a dedicated space to park
- Direct access to the wasteland for two wheels
- Direct access to the wasteland for PRMs
