Because you have the soul of an explorer and you like to discover new routes, you can be among the first to travel the Vélidéale open since June 2024 and discover all the diversity of the V93. You will be able to borrow The Francette bike, The Scandibérique, The Loire à Vélo, The Vélodyssée… before arriving in Limoges via the Vélidéale. Once in Creuse, the Tour de la Creuse or La Vagabonde await you.

I would love to discover Limoges by bike!
That's good, the Velidale through Limoges. With its 2 unique city centers and its typical neighborhoods, Limoges will surprise you. Your calves will continue to warm up a little anyway, the city is not flat. If you park your bikes, a free electric shuttle allows you to move around the city center which is largely pedestrianized.

In Limoges, local loops allow you to explore the whole Haute-Vienne, a true secret paradise for cycle tourists and fans of discovery by bike. You can therefore use the Vélidéale as an entry or exit point and enjoy the hundreds of kilometres of cycle routes and cycle routes in Haute-Vienne. Also think about the TER train connections to move easily with your bike.

I would like to do a Terra Aventura circuit by bike from La Vélidée
But of course, fans of the courses Terra Aventura, you will do a few more pedal turns to leave the Velideal and climb (yes, it climbs!) up to Bonnac-La-Cote (it’s aptly named!). The Terra Aventura course is called the “Cyclists are popular”. We have humor and muscular calves in Limoges and a great Velodrome starting point of the route.

That's good, “apple on the flognarde” (our equivalent of the Cherry on the Cake), the Limoges station in addition to being one of the most beautiful in France, allows you to easily arrive/leave by train with your bike! After discovering Limoges, all you have to do is slide along the banks of the Vienne to reach the Velideal.
