Les Printemps Sportifs Nature

Les Printemps Sportifs allow people over 50 (not licensed in the chosen discipline) to practice one or more physical activities adapted to their fitness level in a friendly atmosphere for eight sessions

Participants will have the choice among numerous activities: aquagym, padel, outdoor yoga, recovery
cycling and discovery of electrically assisted cycling, pétanque, boules lyonnaises, stand up paddle, walking
6 km max, rowing, walking football, tennis on clay, golf, hiking,
canoe hiking.
