We would have liked to test it 90 years ago to prove the quality of the establishment over the years, but we will trust its longevity. So 90 years later, we went to (re)test the restaurant Le Versailles, Place d'Aine in Limoges.
The Parisian brasserie spirit is very present there and you can feel a warm atmosphere mixed with a quality of service and products that make you want to come back. At noon, we took the basic menu, which was rich in culinary discoveries. So we can't wait to come back and taste the restaurant's most elaborate and gourmet dishes.
Le Versailles is an old-fashioned brasserie where the codes of the restoration highlight gastronomy and more particularly Limousin meat.
