A female duo behind this concept restaurant

Born from the imagination of a pretty female duo, the restaurant began its adventure in the summer of 2022. “Saint-Anne” is therefore a renowned chef:  Anne Alassane, emblematic local figure and French cuisine, winner of the famous show “Master Chef” in 2010. She brings her expertise and passion to La Trattoria, through her culinary talent and her love for quality products offering a particular flavor to this address. As for her, her associate Séverine Bru develops the concept around wine, it offers subtle food pairings, a nice choice of bottles, but also thanks to a high-quality distributor, good wines and fine wines are served by the glass.
